Take 300g of pasta add to boiling water with a little salt. Boil for approx 8 mins until cooked to your liking.
In the meantime chop two chicken breasts into cubes
Chop a small punnet of mushrooms
Fry off the chicken in a frying pan for a couple of mins then add mushroom and fry off until all cooked through.
Add 250ml of double cream to one pot of the Wild mushroom, stir and bring to the boil.
Drain the pasta, add to the chicken and mushroom, pour over the sauce and heat through mixing all together for a min.
