Tried with pork steaks, salmon, it is great with everything.

We tried this with lamb chops and roasted vegetables and added a few additional blackberries at the end of heating the sauce. We prefer it with creme fraiche as the tartness of the cream matches the depth of the shot pot.

This sauce is beautiful! I use more cream to make it go further without losing much flavor. I love this with baked ham! I'm sure it goes well with lots of dished but I cannot resist with slow cooked ham.
