I discoverd these sauces at the Good Food show in Birmingham this year. This particular sauce takes me back to the 80s. Very nice on fillet steak and so easy to make. I use half a pot with 125g of low fat creme fraiche. This gives me too servings, which is a great excuse to have steak again the following week.

I think this is my favourite out of all of the sauces although that is a tough decision to make as they are all delicious and so versatile.
