Flavoured concentrate for sauces, marinades, rubs or stir-fry
(Suitable for vegetarians.)

Ingredients: Water, White wine (22%), lemon juice, Vegetable stock (Salt, Potato Starch, Rapeseed Oil, Maltodextrin, Sugar, Palm Oil, Yeast Extract, Carrot Powder, Onion Powder, Spice (Celery, Turmeric, Black Pepper), Sunflower Oil Colour (Caramel), Garlic Powder, Flavouring, Parsley, Antioxidant (Rosemary Extract), Tarragon (2%) Allergy Advice:  Made in a kitchen where nuts, peanuts and sesame are also used.

    Had this with a chicken breast seasoned and rolled in dry cured smoked streaky bacon. Oven roasted. resting juices added to the sauce. I used about 2/3 of a tub of double cream and all the concentrate…just gently bubbled until coating. BLOODY DELICIOUS and plenty for 2. (Went down well on 1st ‘eat in’ dinner date) !!

    Lovely tasty sauce. You can really taste the tarragon. We had it with reduced fat crepe fraiche, chicken and mushrooms. It went well with pasta but would also be great with rice.
